Registration Process
After registration, you will get an OTP on your Mobile/Email. Please check your Email Inbox/ Junk Spam folder as well for OTP.
Once OTP is verified, please login to the portal using the login credentials.
Complete the Application Form i.e your personal details.
Pay Registration Fees Rs. 2000.00
Submit Application Form.
Download Application Form
Note:- The registration Fee shall be adjusted against Admission Processing Fee at the time of Admission. No additional registration fee shall be charged if the Course is same but Branch is different
CANDIDATE REGISTRATION
Enter all the details in the registration form along with the password of your choice.

Once OTP is verified, please login to the portal using the login credentials displayed on screen and sent to your email.
Submit your Admission Enquiry as per course of your choice.
Admission coordinator will contact you and guide you for further Admission process.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Registration process is only for I.K.G.P.T.U Main Campus Kapurthala and the following Constituent Campuses:
IKGPTU Amritsar Campus
IKGPTU Hoshiarpur Campus
IKGPTU Mohali Campus-I
IKGPTU Mohali Campus-II
For the following AICTE/C.O.A. Courses offered at University Campuses, there will be two rounds of online centralized counseling:
B. Tech. 1st year
B. Tech. 2nd Year (Lateral Entry)
B. Architecture
MBA
M. Tech. (Full Time)
After two rounds, the direct admission will be done on first come first serve basis. However, in case of courses with more applications then seat allotment will be done on the basis of rank preparation.
For UGC courses, there will be one round of counseling. After one round, the direct admission will be done on first come first serve basis. However, in case of courses with more applications then seat allotment will be on the basis of rank preparation.
Seat will be confirmed to student only after fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria and the eligibility notified by the respective regulatory bodies like AICTE / P.C.I. / C.O.A. / DTE / IKGPTU from time to time.
Registration Fee will be Rs. 2000/- which is non-refundable. In case student gets admission, Rs. 2000/- will be adjusted in 1

Other than Registration Fee, Counselling Fee of Rs. 2000/- shall be applicable in case of student participating in centralized counselling and student processing fee of Rs. 2000/- shall be applicable in case of student takes direct admission.
