Important Instructions
This admission schedule is applicable only for the Under Graduate Programmes (UGC) i.e. B.Com. Hons, BHMCT, B.A. (JMC), B.Sc. Hons (Chemistry / Food Technology), and B.Voc. (Automobile Servicing / Electrical Technician / Graphics and Multimedia / Interior Design / Refrigeration and Air Conditioning / Web Technology and Multimedia), offered at Main Campus and Constituent Campuses of IKGPTU. Those candidates who have already pre-registered, are required to update their 10+2 result, upload the requisite documents and submit the application for participation in Counselling. Those candidates who have not pre-registered at ptu.ac.in, are required to submit online counselling Registration Form, available at University website ptu.ac.in. This schedule is applicable only to the Campuses of IKGPTU. Scholarship Scheme of state Govt. is applicable and Scholarship are also available for meritorious students. Seats under Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme are available under B.A. JMC (2 Seats) and BHMCT (2 Seats) Programmes at IKGPTU Main Campus Kapurthala as per IKGPTU norms. Reservation Policy will be applicable as per Punjab government norms for above-mentioned two rounds of counselling. After the completion of 2 Rounds of Counselling of the above-mentioned courses, the admission shall be made on Daily Basis (First Come First Serve Basis) till the last date of Admission or exhausting of last Seats, whichever is earlier.
